These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any right you may have to bring a complaint before the Nevada Department of Insurance or any other regulator with jurisdiction.
